If you are looking for a balance between physical activity, creativity and fun, this scenario is perfect for your company. By putting participants in the role of colonizers of a newly found island, this scenario offers a mix of team competition and cooperation.

Divided into groups, participants overcome different trials related to the life on the island. Each game lasts between 30-40 minutes. The activities are arranged in such an order as to guarantee diversity and the participants’ interest. The last activity is the longest – between 60-90 minutes. In order to decide which team gets the right to colonize the island, every group has to build their own bar, following certain criteria. There is an official “opening” and introduction of the bars, cocktail tasting, a lot of laughter and fun.
